Legacy is the essence. Time is running out for "Kødbyen", the city meat market as we used to know it. Logistics is today more efficient and the market place is simply situated at a too attractive address for this purpose. The market facilities are slowly adopted by inn cafés and creative functions. The brand - Kød og Flæskehal is still around for some time though. If not in real life, then partially in this art work

A random visit at Carlsberg allowed for this low depth of field portraiture. Precise focus and a composition deploying the Golden Ratio combined with a temperature decrease to cold tone is the formula here.

Any child that ever visited the Copenhagen themepark "Tivoli" Copenhagen has seen this icon. The Peacock of the Pantomime Theatre. The pantomime is the place to experience the fairytales of Hans Christian Andersen. Sitting here waiting for the show to go is a test. However, this bird catches everyones eyes with hypnotic power - the Peacock at the pantomime theatre.

Beauty of nature. A scenic capture from the Swedish  archipelago only disturbed by Solitaire. As I approached, I could tell she was very sad and crying.... I never asked why and we never talked.
