Images by Agentura bids you welcome at our Gallery and Web Shop. The objective of this site is to promote and make images commercially available for you to buy. All images are captured and post processed by Henrik B. Hansen. More images are available at The Skunk Works. Note - images are only commercially available if presented in the Portfolio. Feel free to suggest images for you to buy using the Contact Form. We concider our images to be unique pieces of art. Therefore, each photo is available in limited editions only according to the "Terms and Conditions" in the following pages. Images by Agentura strive to protect our commercial rights as well as your rights as a collector of images originating from us.
Copyright
The Balance between Privacy and Distribution
As a Danish based distributor of proprietary art, legislative issues shall be handled according to Danish Law. The Danish Ministry of Culture is the administrative organ of "The Copyright Act" (Ophavsretsloven). For more information; go here.
Henrik B. Hansen is the photographer behind all images at this site, unless other is specified, and the sole owner of Images by Agentura. Furthermore, post processing of images and graphic production for this website is performed by Henrik B. Hansen. All Images and Graphics shall be concidered protected works by Henrik B. Hansen under the Copyright Act. Any download, reproduction, editing, distribution etc. is prohibited unless explicitly authorized in writing by Henrik B. Hansen. In case of violation, the Danish Copyright Act shall be the deciding reference for protection of the copyright in question. The Copyright Act / Ophavsretsloven is available in it's full extent here (Danish).

The Original
The Original
New
An image purchased from our Portfolio in any size and format beyond 45 cm (long axis) shall be concidered "An Original Image". Originals exist in limited editions fx. 1/3 and in format specified on each art page. In order to sustain the originality of our images, they ship with:
- Unique Serial Number
- Unique Edition Number
- Certificate of Origin including title and the above data
Images may come in various configurations as outlined in our Product Specification.
Vintage
Previously distributed original images are log'ed, according to any information we may have, in the forum section "History and Origin". In this section you can find information such as:
- Unique Serial Number
- Unique Edition Number
- Image Title
- Down Sized Digital Copy
- Shipping Country and data
- Owner (if accepted by previous or present owner)
Please note; we rely on feed back from you as an owner, potential owner, collector or distributor in order to maintain our image back-log.

The Copies
Images by Agentura may produce copies of any art work in a format of up to 45 cm (long axis) for commercial sales. These images do not hold a unique serial number and they are not distributed with any certificate. Any copy produced by 3'rd party in violation of our Copyright is illegal reproduction and piracy. This applies for images in digital form as well as hard copies.
Other
Images by Agentura has the right to reproduce any art work at any given time for; exhibition, public display, marketing, magazines, articles, books, yearbooks (Retrospect), collections etc. as we see fit.
The People
Visible and recognizable people in images have given their written authorization for commercial sales from Images by Agentura. However, featured people may not want to go public and personal information in this context are concidered a matter of privacy. If you by coincidence appear in one of our images and you feel the above has been violated, please report this using the Contact Form.
The Payment
Images by Agentura accepts a variety of credit cards. When checking out of the shopping cart, you are guided through the payment process automatically.
Security
We use a danish based 3'rd party gateway for payments named: quickpay.dk. Personnal and confidential credit card information are handled and transferred as encrypted SSL encoded data by this licensed gateway. This gateway then confirm to us, that the payment is accepted/rejected respectively. Images by Agentura does not have any access to your credit card information.
VAT
Products are shipped from Copenhagen, Denmark. All prices include 25% VAT according to Danish legislations. Shipments within the European Union include the VAT, which is specified in your order confirmation upon purchase. Shipments outside the European Union receive a deduction of the 25% Danish VAT. This calculation is based on the delivery address supplied by you. You are expected to sort out issues regarding VAT, in your country outside the European Union.
Customs
Denmark is part of the European Union. Customs do not apply within the European Union and goods may be transported freely across national borders. Shipments beyond the European Union may be met with custom requirements according to local legislation. You are expected to sort out issues regarding Customs, in your own country.

Images by Agentura rely on UPS (Universal Parcel Service) for global deliveries of our art work.
Transport
All art work are shipped according to "EXW Incoterms 2000" Ex Works. This implies that:
- Distributor is chosen by Images by Agentura
- Images by Agentura can not be held responsible for transport damage of any kind
- Insurance of transported goods is the responsibility of you as customer of art work from us
